We build systemsthat think.
Xaveous is a technology consultancy. We design the architecture, write the software, connect the data, and stay around to keep it all running. We have worked this way since 2010, and in 2026 we incorporated in the United States to do more of it.
What we build
Four practices, deliberately connected. Most engagements draw on more than one, because a working system usually needs the application, the data behind it, and the platform underneath it at the same time.
AI that does a job, not a demo. We find the workflows where a model actually earns its keep, connect it to your approved data and tools, and put guardrails and human review around anything that matters.
- AI strategy, readiness assessments, and roadmaps
- Task-specific agents and workflow orchestration
- Knowledge assistants and retrieval systems
- Document intake, extraction, and review automation
- Evaluation, red teaming, and guardrails
- Private deployments for sensitive workflows
From problem to production
The same delivery model since 2010, because it works. Strategy, engineering, users, and security stay connected from the first conversation to well past launch.
Where we work
Public sector
We support federal, state, local, education, and public-service organizations that have to modernize while staying accountable for every dollar and every record. Accessibility, security, and auditability are requirements here, not features. We treat them that way from the first design review.
Commercial
For companies and institutions, we work on the systems that decide operating efficiency: back-office automation, customer experience, decision intelligence, and the data plumbing underneath all three. If a process runs on spreadsheets and heroics, that is usually where we start.
Why teams hire us
The biggest technology programs no longer fit inside one discipline. Xaveous is built for exactly that situation.
One connected team
Product engineering, data, AI, integration, and infrastructure are one delivery model here, not five departments with five backlogs. The people who design your architecture are the people who ship it.
AI without the hand-waving
We scope AI to bounded workflows, feed it reliable data, keep humans over the decisions that matter, and measure the results. If a model is the wrong tool for your problem, we will say so.
Modernization without the rewrite cliff
We replace systems incrementally, keeping operations running while complexity comes down. A big-bang rewrite is usually a bet nobody needs to make.
Built for accountability
Traceability, documentation, access control, testing, and accessibility are part of our definition of done. Public-sector clients audit our work. Commercial clients inherit it. Both get the same rigor.
Start as small as you like
An assessment, a pilot, a full build, or a standing team. You choose the commitment level. The quality bar does not move.
We have been here a while
Operating since 2010, incorporated in the U.S. in 2026. Long enough to have opinions about what fails, recent enough to build with what is current.

We turn complicated technology problems into clear, dependable systems that people can actually run.
Technology should solve the problem in front of it, fit the place where it will operate, and stay understandable to the people who depend on it. That belief has not changed since 2010.
Four ways to start
You do not have to bet a whole program on a firm you met last week. Pick the engagement that matches how sure you are, and expand when the results justify it.
Advisory & assessment
We look at what you have, tell you what we would do, and leave you a plan you can execute with us or without us.
Pilot
One high-value workflow built end to end, so you can judge the results and the working relationship before committing further.
Project delivery
Full design and implementation with defined scope, milestones, governance, and a clean handover.
Embedded partnership
Standing engineering capacity. We operate, support, and improve your systems as your roadmap evolves.
Tell us what you are trying to build
The first conversation costs nothing. Bring a workflow that is slower than it should be, a system that is older than it should be, or an idea nobody has managed to ship. We will tell you, honestly, what we would do with it.
