The role

The Engagement Manager will govern large IT project scope and delivery, lead large-scale integration projects, and support executive decisions and signing authority. This position starts only if Xaveous wins the contract.

What you will do

  • Govern the scope and delivery of large IT projects.
  • Lead large-scale integration projects.
  • Serve as Engagement Manager for a public-sector IT project.
  • Lead or support Agile/Hybrid Agile development.
  • Exercise executive decision and signing authority.

Required qualifications

The client's own minimums for this role. Your résumé is checked against them.

  • At least 5 years governance of large IT project scope/delivery and executive decision/signing authority
  • 5 years leading large-scale integration projects over $10 million
  • 3 years as Engagement Manager on a public-sector IT project over $10 million
  • 3 years on Agile/Hybrid Agile development
