The role

The Scrum Master will support Agile delivery, lead distributed virtual teams, and coordinate work across software development life cycle phases. This position will start only if Xaveous wins the contract.

What you will do

  • Support Agile and Hybrid Agile project delivery.
  • Lead distributed virtual teams of at least 10.
  • Coordinate work across software development life cycle phases.
  • Support large-scale IT development and integration projects.

Required qualifications

The client's own minimums for this role. Your résumé is checked against them.

  • 5 years on large-scale IT development project over $5 million
  • 3 years on large-scale integration project over $1 million
  • 2 years leading distributed virtual teams of at least 10
  • 4 years across SDLC phases
  • 3 years Agile/Hybrid Agile
  • one listed Agile credential
  • A minimum of one industry project management certification
