The role

The Lead Business Analyst will lead business analytics and analysts in developing, managing, and validating requirements and operations processes, produce BI artifacts, and develop business solutions and alternatives with cost, timing, and strategic estimates. This position will begin only if Xaveous wins the contract.

What you will do

  • Lead analysts to develop, manage, and validate requirements and operations processes.
  • Produce BI artifacts.
  • Develop business solutions and alternatives with cost, timing, and strategic estimates.
  • Lead distributed virtual teams.

Required qualifications

The client's own minimums for this role. Your résumé is checked against them.

  • 5 years business analytics and leading analysts to develop/manage/validate requirements and operations processes
  • 2 years leading distributed virtual teams
  • 3 years producing BI artifacts
  • 5 years developing business solutions/alternatives with cost, timing, and strategic estimates
  • A minimum of one Active Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certificate or equivalent BA certificate.
