The role

The Lead Developer will lead systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, and implementation of complex applications, while guiding a mixed contractor and public-sector team. This position starts only if Xaveous wins the contract.

What you will do

  • Lead systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, and implementation of complex applications.
  • Lead a mixed contractor and public-sector team on a public-sector IT project.
  • Work across application development phases.
  • Review detailed implementation specifications.
  • Apply DevOps methodologies.

Required qualifications

  • 5 years high-level systems analysis/design/integration/documentation/implementation of complex applications
  • 3 years leading mixed contractor/public-sector team on public-sector IT project
  • 5 years across application development phases
  • 5 years reviewing detailed implementation specifications
  • 5 years DevOps
