The role

The Release Management Lead will lead large-scale integration efforts, release and deployment planning, enhancement schedules, change requests, and distributed teams. This position starts only if Xaveous wins the contract.

What you will do

  • Lead large-scale integration projects, including release sprints, deployment planning, and status reporting.
  • Support product owners through releases and enhancement schedules.
  • Manage change requests.
  • Lead geographically distributed teams.
  • Lead system development and implementation.

Required qualifications

The client's own minimums for this role. Your résumé is checked against them.

  • 5 years leading large-scale integration project over $5 million with release sprints/deployment planning/status
  • 5 years supporting product owners through releases and enhancement schedules
  • 3 years change-request management
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience leading geographically distributed virtual teams.
  • 5 years leading system development and implementation
