The role

The Solution Operations Lead will oversee operational processes, help desk and training, client operations team knowledge transfer and business rules, distributed teams, and IT operations. This position starts only if Xaveous wins the contract.

What you will do

  • Lead operational processes, including help desk and training.
  • Train and lead the client operations team in knowledge transfer and business rules.
  • Lead distributed teams.
  • Manage IT operations for a large IT system.

Required qualifications

The client's own minimums for this role. Your résumé is checked against them.

  • 5 years operational processes including help desk and training
  • 3 years training/leading client operations team in knowledge transfer and business rules
  • 2 years public-health public-sector experience
  • 5 years leading distributed teams
  • 3 years managing IT operations for a system valued at least $5 million.
