The role

The Organizational Change Management Lead will lead organizational change management, including stakeholder assessment, communication, and training. This position will start only if Xaveous wins the contract.

What you will do

  • Lead organizational change management activities.
  • Conduct stakeholder assessment and support communication and training activities.

Required qualifications

The client's own minimums for this role. Your résumé is checked against them.

  • 7 years OCM
  • 4 years as OCM Lead
  • 3 years stakeholder assessment, communication, and training
  • ADKAR, Prosci, or other advanced change management certification.
