The role

Make complex systems usable: the documentation people read and the training that gets them to adopt the system.

What you will do

  • Write user guides, system documentation, and operating procedures
  • Design and deliver training for new systems
  • Keep documents accessible under Section 508
  • Work with engineers to explain changes clearly
